Currently, there is no manual or automatic transaction download option available from Royal’s systems that allows QuickBooks users to retrieve credit card transactions. We recognize the importance of this function to our Business Members and apologize for the inconvenience. Providing this feature to our Business Members as soon as we possibly can will be a top priority for our team. Royal will be sending additional communications to affected Business Members and updating this page once as soon as a resolution is available.
