Business Members may select a link below to download the template file, save information in the template, and return it using the upload section of this page.

• Personal Financial Statement Workbook (XLSX) - Provides detailed personal financial information to Royal. Includes separate sheets/tabs for a Debt Schedule and Rent Roll.
• Personal Financial Statement Addendum (PDF) - A signed addendum is required if using a template other than Royal's Personal Financial Statement Workbook above.
• Rent Roll (XSLX) - Provides key information about rental agreements on investment properties.
• Debt Schedule (XLSX) - Provides details of all business debt.
• Capital Expenditure Plan (XLSX) - Details capital expenditure plans over the next 12 months.
• Capital Expenditure Advance Request Form (PDF) - Used to request an advance for capital expenditures on an established Royal CapEx Masterline.
