Open a new Royal checking account, and after two payroll direct deposits Royal will deposit a $250 bonus into your Royal savings account. Open your account online and use the drop-down menu options to indicate that you are eligible for an employer partnership offer as a Family Fresh Associate, then select the existing Employee option.* Existing checking accounts do not qualify. Simply indicate that you are a Family Fresh Associate in the employment section of your mortgage application to redeem this offer. This offer can’t be combined with the Appraisal Credit Offer.**
Up To $500 Mortgage Appraisal Credit Offer
Finance your home with a Royal mortgage and save up to $500 in appraisal fees. This amount will cover the entire cost of an appraisal in most cases. The savings will be applied to the closing costs. Simply indicate that you are a Family Fresh Associate in the employment section of your mortgage application to redeem this offer. This offer can’t be combined with the Mortgage Closing Offer.***
