If you forget your password or get locked out of your online banking account or mobile app, you may be able to recover access yourself.
Use the Forgot Username Or Password link on the login screen. If you forgot your password, you’ll be able to provide the phone number associated with your account and your username and we’ll send you a temporary password. If you forgot your username, you can use the forgot username link on that page to provide your email address and we’ll send you your username.
If you are a business online banking user, not an administrator, and you are not able to recover your access using the steps above, you will need to contact your organization's business online banking administrator. Royal is not able to help you recover access to business online banking.
