Eau Claire, WI –Royal Credit Union (Royal) announced the opening of its new Downtown Eau Claire Office. The office is located at 455 East Madison Street and the lobby is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on weekdays. Drive-up hours are be 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturdays. A drive-up ATM is also available 24 hours a day. This new location replaces the previous Downtown Eau Claire office which was located just a few blocks away on Bellinger Street and proudly served the Chippewa Valley for the past 45 years.
The new Eau Claire Downtown office features the latest technology and a lobby designed to enhance privacy and create a comfortable environment for Members to ask questions and seek advice on their personal financial matters. The offices also includes some special features that pay tribute to the unique location in the heart of Royal’s home city of Eau Claire. Local artist, Dan Ingersoll, designed a unique exterior sculpture on the office property that offers a visual representation of Royal's past, present, and future. There is also a Royal Credit Union history exhibit inside the office to display artifacts from Royal's early days and to share information about how the credit union was started to serve former Uniroyal tire plant employees and their families.

Since that time, the area continues to flourish. Our Downtown Eau Claire office is an excellent addition to this thriving community and will allow us to continue our work as a trusted community partner and financial advisor for our Members.”
The grand opening celebration for the office will begin on Monday, June 20, 2022. Members are invited to visit the office throughout the week for a special treat and the chance to enter a drawing for large gift baskets. The official ribbon cutting ceremony and statue dedication will occur on June 22, 2022.
