NEW RICHMOND, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Peterson as Branch Manager II for its New Richmond location. In her new role, Peterson will lead all branch operations and represent Royal within the community, working to strengthen relationships with local residents and businesses.
Peterson has been a dedicated team member at Royal since October 2013, during which time she has held various key positions, including Teller, Member Account Representative, Mortgage Loan Specialist, St. Croix Valley Floater, and Member Experience Ambassador. Most recently, she served as Branch Manager II in Somerset. Peterson is also actively involved in several internal committees, including the Community Give Back Day Committee. Her outstanding contributions have earned her three Royal Over the Top Awards, and she holds certification as an America’s Credit Unions Certified Financial Counselor.
Peterson is deeply involved in her community, serving as an ambassador for the New Richmond Chamber of Commerce. In her new role, she is excited to lead and support her team, helping them grow, advance, and achieve their full potential.
