EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Katie Powless as Branch Manager II in Medford Wisconsin. In this position, Powless is responsible for coaching and guiding her team to provide exceptional Member service and foster growth and operational integrity. Powless will assess risks and efficiencies to improve branch operations and profitability.
Powless started working for Royal in September of 2018, as a Member Account Representative. Most recently, Powless held the role of Branch Supervisor for the Colby and Medford offices. Powless attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a minor in psychology and is a Credit Union National Association Certified Financial Counselor. Currently, Powless is the secretary of the Wisconsin Valley Credit Union Chapter Board.
Powless currently resides in Medford with her husband and two dogs.
