This annual ranking highlights the top-performing residential mortgage originators in the United States. Michelle Robinson, Derek Lodermeier, Mark Gobran, Joe Bydzovsky, Marco Rodiles, and Joe Juliano earned this recognition due to their hard work and dedication to helping Members achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Scotsman Guide, the leading resource for mortgage originators, released its annual Top Originators rankings on April 1 identifying the leading mortgage professionals in the industry. To be eligible for consideration in Scotsman Guide’s Top Originators rankings, originators must have had at least $25 million in loan volume or 75 closed home loans for the 2024 calendar year. Only loans and volume that originators closed personally could be considered.
