Jack Livingston, Business Banking Officer at Royal Credit Union (Royal), was awarded the Rising Star Award at Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation’s (VHEDC) annual Rising Stars and Business Leadership Awards event May 14.
Jack earned this award as a result of his involvement and dedication to the community. He was jointly nominated by Ed Jambor, Vice President- Commercial Lending Regional Manager at Royal; and Nancy Hoglund from Hoglund Coaching.
"Since joining Royal, Jack as shown dedication to mentoring others and fostering their growth which reflects his genuine commitment to seeing others succeed," shared Jambor, "Jack truly embodies Royal's core purpose of making a positive impact, and we are proud to celebrate his well-deserved recognition."
Jack was highly engaged in the VHEDC North Metro Young Professionals 2023 cohort, with peers describing him as an exceptional individual who consistently aims for excellence. Jack remains actively engaged in the program, serving as a guest speaker which demonstrates his commitment to personal and professional growth.
Jack represents both the Twin Cities North and Saint Paul Area Chambers of Commerce as an Ambassador, holds a position on the board for the North End Community Foundation and is on the Emerging Hope Advisory Team for Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities. Jack is involved credit union advocacy as part of the GrassRoots Education Action Team through Minnesota Credit Union Network and currently serves as Royal’s Minnesota Young Professional Credit Union Activist. He actively participates in St. Paul Area Young Professionals, VHEDC Young Professionals, and is the Minnesota liaison for Royal’s internal young professionals’ group. Jack is also a Groups Director at Eagle Brook Church, where he helps to oversee the small group ministry and leads small groups with his wife.
