Congratulations to Kristi Voller on her upcoming retirement, effective May 1! Kristi has served as VP-Commercial Loan Officer since December 2013.
Kristi has been a valuable contributor to Royal's success, actively participating in initiatives such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, various project teams, and mentoring new business lenders. During her time at Royal, she served as an Eau Claire Chamber Ambassador and was deeply involved in the Stillwater Chamber, where she participated in the inaugural Leadership in the Valley program and later joined the Steering Committee. Kristi also spent six years on the Loan Committee for Nonprofit WomenVenture in Minneapolis, showcasing her dedication to community service.
When reflecting on her time at Royal, Kristi shared that she would miss making a difference for Members, working alongside an exceptional team, and being part of Royal’s unique culture.
In retirement, Kristi plans to spend more time with her family, including her four grandchildren—and eagerly awaits the arrival of another in July. She and her husband will retire to their lake home, where they look forward to enjoying summer days with loved ones. Kristi also plans to travel, explore new destinations, meet new people, and indulge in her favorite hobbies like perennial gardening, running, and paddleboarding.
