Congratulations to Andrea Martfeld on her upcoming retirement! Andrea is a Technology Program Manager and her last day with Royal will be April 24.
Andrea started at Lake Area Bank in 1989, beginning as a teller and later taking on a variety of other positions before transitioning to Royal in August 2022. At Royal, Andrea has been instrumental in managing department-specific efforts within the IT department, including a few corporate projects. She will miss working with such a wonderful team at Royal.
Andrea actively participates in her community, including helping students gain a better understanding of what it takes to make it on their own and prepare for their future at Test Drive…Next Stop Reality® events.
In her retirement, Andrea plans to spend time with her five grandkids, attend more of their hockey games, learn new skills like woodworking, teach piano lessons, hike the Wisconsin Ice Age Trail, and enjoy UTV rides.
