RICE LAKE, Wis. – Member Account Representative (MAR) III, Mary Ann Dostal, is retiring from her position at the Rice Lake branch of Royal Credit Union (Royal) after 25 years of service. In her position as MAR III, Mary Ann dedicated herself to building relationships with Members by helping them open accounts and navigate Royal’s products and services.
Mary Ann began at Royal in June 1998. In her time at Royal, Mary Ann has held positions in Indirect Lending and Financial Education. In addition, Mary Ann has been instrumental in helping to facilitate a financial education program at the Barron County Jail. She also held a position on Royal’s Marketing Committee. Outside of work, Mary Ann has volunteered in the community of Rice Lake during its Aquafest event and at Rice Lake High School sporting events.
Mary Ann’s favorite thing about her time at Royal is the people. She loves to interact with Members and Team Members and considers them her family away from home.
When asked about her retirement plans, Mary Ann stated that she was going to do anything she wanted when she wanted. Mary Ann is looking forward to spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren’s sports games. She is also looking forward to traveling within the United States.
Mary Ann is incredibly grateful for her experience at Royal and has many fond memories of her time spent as a Team Member.
