We are honored to announce the retirement of Kevin Gardow, effective April 25, after more than 40 years of dedicated service.
Kevin began his career with Royal in October 1984 and has contributed in numerous roles, including Computer Operator, Collection Representative, Business Loan Collection Officer, and, since 2014, as Collection Manager. In his current role, Kevin has been instrumental in leading Royal’s Collection function across multiple portfolios, providing strategic oversight, minimizing risk, managing teams, and ensuring effective operations to support organizational goals.
Throughout his journey, Kevin actively participated in committees at Royal, such as the Business Scholarship Committee, Performance Review Committee, Fee Income Pricing Committee, Team Member Activities Committee, and Christmas Party Committee.
When asked what he will miss most about his time at Royal, Kevin shared that he will treasure the collaboration and connections with leaders, team members, and Members alike.
In his retirement, Kevin plans to spend more time with family, travel, and enjoy time on the lake. We sincerely thank Kevin for his unwavering dedication to our Members, team members, and communities.
