We are pleased to announce the retirement of Jeff Sylvester who worked as a Senior Financial Analyst since March 2011.
Throughout his tenure, Jeff made significant contributions to Royal. He played a pivotal role in budgeting, corporate strategy “what-if” analysis, and collaborated closely with both the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and the Wisconsin State examiners during Royal’s annual examinations. Jeff also conducted extensive research to help guide Royal’s expansion efforts.
Jeff will undoubtedly miss the daily challenges and the wonderful colleagues he has worked with over the years, particularly the executive team and team members in the accounting and financial analytics departments.
In his well-deserved retirement, Jeff plans to enjoy biking and playing tennis with his wife, Lisa, and their friends. They also look forward to hiking, camping, and traveling more frequently. Jeff is excited to spend more time with family and friends in Utah. His older son is currently attending college in St. Louis, where he competes in track and cross country, while his younger son is also a promising runner, aspiring to compete in college soon. Jeff's additional free time will allow him to attend more of their meets and support their athletic efforts.
We extend our gratitude to Jeff for his years of dedication to our Members, team members, and community. His contributions have truly made a difference.
Congratulations, Jeff, on your retirement! Enjoy this new chapter of your life.
