NEW RICHMOND, Wis. – Carrie Borgstrom, Business Banking Officer at Royal Credit Union (Royal), was awarded New Richmond Chamber Ambassador of the Year at the 2023 New Richmond Chamber Annual Meeting and Awards Gala on Wednesday, January 25.
Carrie earned this award as a result of her dedication to the New Richmond Chamber through serving on committees for the Hometown Holiday event, golf tournament, and the annual meeting and awards gala. Carrie volunteers at many events sponsored by the New Richmond Chamber and attends a significant amount of ribbon cuttings for new business members of the New Richmond Chamber. Outside of the New Richmond Chamber, Carrie currently serves on the St. Croix Economic Development marketing committee and on the Forward New Richmond committee. Within Royal, Carrie has been instrumental to the success of the RCU Foundation’s newest event, Making A Difference (MAD) Trivia.
“Royal’s core purpose is to create a positive impact in the lives we touch,” says Karlee Wallin, Vice President – Business Banking Manager. “Carrie is a true testament to our team members living out our core values in our communities, and we are proud to have her as a part of our team.”
Carrie is a New Richmond native, and serves New Richmond, Somerset, River Falls and the surrounding areas with all business banking needs.
