Important Information

Keep track of your card's balance to ensure your transactions are approved.

Notify the cashier of the exact balance when making a purchase that exceeds the balance remaining on the card in order for the card to be approved.

Include the tip at a restaurant in the initial transaction because it cannot be added once the sale has been authorized.

Pay inside for gas purchase. You will not be able to pay at the pump.

Register your card to protect it from being lost or
   stolen. If you do not register, we may not be able

Cards can be purchased in any amount from $25 to $500 at any RCU office.* There is a $2.50 per card processing charge and cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds. To avoid maintenance charges, use your RCU Prepaid Visa within the first six months.***

Sign the back of card immediately after receiving. The card does not have a PIN, so it can not be used at an ATM or for cash advances. You must choose "credit" as your payment option.

Keep your card in case of merchandise returns. The refunds are often credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. It may take three to seven days for the funds to be available.

**Get two free live-agent calls per month for question about your card. Excess monthly calls will be billed to your card at $0.50 each.
